刑事訴訟法223条に基づく通訳人の実務的ターミノロジーの適用について : 大東文化大学外国語学部における『通訳法』授業の実践も含めて

要旨

In the first half of this article, Kobayashi introduces her methods for managing the "Interpretation Course", including aims, procedures, materials, and fruition of classes at Daito Bunka University. She also explains the latest revisions in legislation related to the interpreter-guide business and the changing demands in interpreters' specialties. In the latter half, she discusses the role of the interpreter under the Criminal Procedures Law, article 223. She mainly discusses the difficulty in interpreting legal concepts and notions that are vital to constructing the decision of the indictment.
