要旨
本稿では，原子力防災訓練の実施要領に関するIAEA（International Atomic Energy Agency：国際原子力機関）によるガイダンス（手引書）（Preparation, Conduct and Evaluation of Exercises to Test Preparedness for a Nuclear or Radiological Emergency, 2005 & 2006）の概要について紹介し，日本における原子力防災訓練の実施状況との比較の観点から解説を行い，今後の原子力防災訓練の検討に資するものとする。
