要旨
For at least 30 years, internationalizing education has been a major concern of Japanese educational policy makers, politicians, and the media. At the university level major reforms have focused on increasing student exchange through study abroad programs. Between the early 1980s and mid-1990s, the numbers of students studying abroad doubled (Umakoshi, 1997). These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
