語学研究におけるテクスト論 ―韓国語学を中心に―

要旨

In linguistic research, the speaker’s point of view is an important clue for interpretation, but it may not be sufficient by itself for some subjects. Looking at the diagram of linguistic research based on the definition of text ([sender-text-receiver]-interpreter), a bidirectional perspective is recognized, centered on the text, moving “from text to sentence” and “from sentence to text. Thus, there is more than one way to look at a text. The interpreter also views the text from an objective standpoint, and the text provides an objective basis for research. The subject restriction of the connective endings “-deoni(-더니)” and “-eossdeoni(-었더니)” was discussed from the viewpoint of textual theory. First, when examined from the speaker’s perspective, “-eossdeoni(-었더니)” could not be fully interpreted when the subject of “-eossdeoni(-었더니)” is a third party. Therefore, this paper discussed the possibility of interpretation from the narrator’s perspective when the speaker’s perspective alone is not sufficient for interpretation. The narrator is discussed in narratology, the study of literature, as one of the various ways of looking at a text, and as an objective basis for research, bringing it into the field of language study. When examined again from the narrator’s perspective, it became clear that the narrator was talking from a third-person perspective. Thus, the narrator’s perspective is also an important clue in linguistic research, and there are still many issues to be addressed from the viewpoint of textual theory in the future.
