要旨
The aim of this study was to examine the reliability and validity of the Fisher Divorce Adjustment Scale Japanese version (FDAS-J) and develop a FDAS Japanese short version (FDAS-JS) for use in Japanese populations. The participants were 468 divorced individuals. The findings for reliability and validity supported the use of the FDAS-J. The original six subscales were retained. The FDAS-JS included 24 items, and its factorial structure was evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis, which suggested a reasonable fit to the data. The results for the reliability and validity of the FDAS-JS were similar to those for the FDAS-J.
