Educational Ability Evaluation of Japanese Language Teacher under MOOC Environment

要旨

Scientific and effective evaluation on MOOC teaching effects are important inspection way to ensure the teaching quality and learning effects. Illustrated by evaluation of educational ability of Japanese language teachers, this article adopts AHP to MOOC teaching evaluation and design a teaching evaluation index system based on MOOC with hierarchical structure. During the process of computation we propose an approach to adjust the estimation of elements in judgment matrix and test RC value, to provide rapid and effective construction of higher order judgement matrix. Under such design, we offers a case of educational ability evaluation of Japanese language teachers. The results show that this system can combine organically qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, taking into account each factor of MOOC evaluation, to make objective and scientific decisions.
